January 3, 2008—Eatontown, New Jersey—R4 Incorporated (R4) of Eatontown has been awarded the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers Success Award for 2007 (NJSBDC), an award which honors the highest revenue generating small business in Monmouth and Ocean counties. January 3, 2008—Eatontown, New Jersey—R4 Incorporated (R4), a defense service company which provides total training solutions to U.S. Army soldiers, was awarded a $38 million Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PMCCS) contract for the PM IED Defeat/Protect Force (PM IEDD/PF) under the Rapid Response contract from the Department of the Army.
