Scott Crockett: Chairman and CEO
Leslie Scott Crockett is a founding partner of R4 Incorporated. Mr. Crockett and his partner established R4 in 2005 immediately following 30 years of service as Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army. Mr. Crockett provides strategic direction and guidance for the company.
Mr. Crockett was deployed to every major conflict over the last two decades. During his Army career, Mr. Crockett held a variety of leadership and staff positions culminating with his assignment as the Sergeant Major for the Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command, Logistics and Readiness Center. His contingency deployments include Platoon Sergeant for the 82nd Signal Battalion and Division Main Platoon during deployment to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He also deployed as the Assistant Division's Signal Office Sergeant Major and 82nd Signal Battalion's Senior Enlisted Advisor during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Crockett continues to deploy to the Middle East in support of the R4 mission.
David Lewis: President
David M. Lewis is a founding partner of R4 Incorporated. Mr. Lewis and his business partner established R4 in 2005 immediately following his retirement as a First Sergeant from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. Mr. Lewis is responsible for managing the varied and complex operations of the company.
Mr. Lewis served on active duty in the U.S. Army as a signal soldier from 1985 through 2005. During his Army career he was assigned multiple responsibilities focused primarily around communications in both domestic and overseas deployment locations. While serving in Camp Doha, Kuwait, he performed as the senior communications NCO in support of combat and planning operations in Afghanistan. Mr. Lewis's leadership positions include Squad Leader, Section Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, U.S. Army Recruiter, Brigade Communications Chief and First Sergeant. His combination of technical expertise on C4ISR platforms and systems combined with his field soldier tactical experience has helped shape the unique R4 business model. Mr. Lewis continues to deploy to the Middle East in support of the R4 mission.
Vishnu Nathu: CEO, R4 Integration
Vishnu (Vish) Nathu is a partner in R4 Incorporated and CEO of R4's Integration affiliate. Mr. Nathu is responsible for all activities associated with R4 Integration's operations.
With over 27 years experience in industry and government contracting, Mr. Nathu joined R4 in July 2007 after seven years with the Aerospace Integration Corporation/MTC Technologies (now part of BAE Systems) where he served as the Operations Manager of their Ground Systems Division.
Mr. Nathu holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University in New York, and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University in Monmouth, New Jersey.
John Parsley: President, R4 Integration
John Parsley is a partner and President of R4 Integration responsible for designing and developing system solutions for ground and airborne systems. Mr. Parsley is responsible R4 Integrations daily operations to include business development, operations, financial management, community and customer relations, and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining R4 Incorporated, Mr. Parsley was Director of Business Development for BAE Systems Aviation Solutions. Mr. Parsley led a business development team responsible for developing $250 million of revenue a year. Prior to his position at BAE Systems he served as Vice President of Aerospace Integration Corporation (AIC), an aircraft systems integration and modification company that he co-founded and grew into a $60 million dollar a year business. AIC's industry reputation as the Industries Premier Systems Integrator won many industry awards to include being named Florida's Small Business of the Year in 2003. Mr. Parsley is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served on active duty for 16 years and in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years. Of his 22 years of service 16 years was served in the Air Force Special Operations Command. Mr. Parsley was honorably discharged as a Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force.
Dwight Turner: Vice President, Overseas Operations
Dwight Turner is Vice President for Overseas Operations for R4 Incorporated. Mr. Turner joined R4 Incorporated as the Theater Lead for PM IED Defeat/Protect the Force in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He currently administers all corporate operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Germany and Africa.
Mr. Turner is a retired US Army Warrant Officer who participated in multiple combat campaigns including operations Just Cause, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Restore Hope and two tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
During his military career, Mr. Turner focused primarily on logistical management and was assigned and selected for key leadership positions ranging from the 82nd Long Range Surveillance Detachment (LRSD) to Brigade and Divisional level Asset Management. His experience includes more than 20 years of program and project management experience in both military and civilian contracting.
Tianna Crockett: Vice President, CONUS Operations
Tianna Crockett is the Vice President for CONUS (inside the Continental U.S.) Operations for R4 Incorporated. She is responsible for the operational oversight including policy and procedure compliance, personnel supervision, profitability, budget management, and division growth.
Ms. Crockett joined R4 Incorporated after serving five years as a Deputy Sheriff with the Alexandria Sheriff's Office. As a Deputy Sheriff, she worked as a Field Training Deputy and served as the Assistant Gang Enforcement Deputy. Her career also includes eight years in the North Carolina Army National Guard, where she served as the Patient Administrative Officer for Head Quarters State Area Command (HQ STARC) in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Ms. Crockett holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
