R4 Incorporated Adds Vincent Amos as Joint Data Exchange (JDE) Program Manager

October 22, 2009—Eatontown, New Jersey—R4 Incorporated (R4), a defense service company providing integrated engineering, training, fielding, logistics, and counter-IED solutions to various Federal agencies, including DoD and Homeland Security, is proud to announce the addition of Vincent A. Amos to the R4 team as the Joint Data Exchange (JDE) Program Manager.

Vincent (Vince) Amos is a former Army lieutenant colonel who has 20 years of active duty military experience as a signal officer and an acquisition corps officer. He has outstanding background with product management, product development, new equipment fielding, and the successful management of new product initiatives. Prior to his retirement, Vince was the Army’s lead fielding officer and trail boss who distributed the new Joint Network Node (JNN), WIN-T Inc 1, communications system to the tactical units. The system replaced the dated Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) system. Vince has vast experience throughout the Middle East in terms of equipment distribution, support, and sustainment. He comes to R4 as the Joint Data Exchange (JDE) Program Manager. This program involves initiatives to improve timely reporting sharing of Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) information visibility on the battlefield. Vince has a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in economics, and a master’s of business administration (M.B.A.) degree in finance. His highest military education is the Air War College completed at The Pentagon. Vince is located stateside at the R4 Proposal Center in the Atlanta suburb of Fayetteville, Georgia; and OCONUS he will be located at multiple locations in the Middle East.
