Prime ContractsR2-3G—Rapid Response Third GenerationR4 Incorporated is currently a prime contractor under the R2-3G contract. The R2-3G contract vehicle is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Department of Defense. Requirements for a broad range of services are competed as task orders against the seven prime contractors and awards are designed to be executed with a goal of 19 days from release of the Request for Task Execution Plan of the task order. The cumulative ceiling value of the seven prime contracts over a five year period of performance is $16.4 billion. The R23G contract can be used by any Government agency that uses federal funds. The contract will be managed through the R4 Project Management Office (PMO). Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)R4 Incorporated is the prime contractor on a 5-year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to develop tools, methods and techniques that advance the verification and validation of complex, networked, distributed systems operating in the Next Generation Air Transportation System. As the prime contractor, R4 has overall responsibility for program management and performance, is the lead software architect, and provides software development, test and evaluation support, data collection and dissemination, test tool creation and maintenance, modeling and simulation, V&V practices and methods support, and technical writing to the FAA. Our mission is to enable FAA leadership, engineers and other key personnel to understand the complex and emergent behavior of FAA systems throughout the acquisition life cycle in order to make informed decisions on the construction and delivery of new FAA systems. State of New JerseyR4 Incorporated provides training services to Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and Public Safety. This contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with multiple contractors identified as awardees. The training services requested range from police tactical training to skill based disciplines necessary for effective antiterrorism capability. Requirements include management, logistical and technical support as well as curriculum design and development and instructional services support. SubcontractsStrategic Services Sourcing (S3)R4 Incorporated is currently a subcontractor under the Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command’s S3 contract. S3 is a multiple award contract vehicle to accommodate a broad range of services designed to meet the integrated engineering, business function and logistic service needs of all Team C4ISR customers. These services may be performed in conjunction with new and existing C4ISR system of systems, family of systems, platforms, systems, subsystems and items. The purpose of the S3 contract is to provide access to multiple prime contractors and subcontractors that perform a broad range of life cycle services required to fulfill varied user needs, within the framework of a competitive post award environment. All efforts are competed between the prime contractors. At R4 we are ready to support. Army CECOM Rapid Response (CR2)R4 Incorporated is currently a subcontractor under the CR2 contract. CR2 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that support the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, DLA, Coast Guard, Department of State, Department of Transportation, Department of Justice, NASA, NOAA and all other Government agencies with the means to respond immediately to critical hardware, software, systems management and contingency response requirements. Under the CR2 contract, R4 provides various services and support, on a subcontract basis, which include hardware/software installation, logistics support, training, and program management. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) EXPRESS (Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services)R4 Incorporated is currently a subcontractor under the AMCOM EXPRESS contract. The AMCOM EXPRESS contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of Government Service Agency (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel). These services may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and technical and management support. R4 provides support for any supervision, labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to perform programmatic support in monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing, and integrating component programs/activities, including briefings/presentations and agendas for the total life cycle of the systems, within CONUS or OCONUS. Battle Command Family of Products (BC FoP)R4 Incorporated currently serves as a subcontractor for the BC FoP contract. The BC FoP provides integrated battle command capabilities, training, sustainment, strategic and operational Command and Control (C2) domains as well as the BC common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. The BC FoP contract is a five year indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity multi award contract. Work that can be issued under these Task Orders includes software development of BC products, development to support functional and System of Systems requirements, maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture, integration activities at the system level, system and operational level testing and product level logistics support. |
